Dr. Dantini and staff estimate that the book will be completed by the end of the year. "The title of the book hasn't been released yet but we have begun production", said Sam Jordan, assistant to Dr. Dantini. The doctor is working with an undisclosed author on the project. Sources say a table of contents has been written and the Dr. Dantini and the supporting author have begun recording guided discussions on the topic.
"Fibromyalgia is a very misunderstood disorder in the medical field, especially here in America. Many of my patients have been all over seeking answers and for the most part have come up with nothing but more pain and less money. Most people are on antidepressants, pain medicines, and numerous other medicines. However, none of these treatments work because they are not treating the root cause of the problem. Because you have to continue using these treatments to receive any benefit, they become a short-term fix for a long-term problem".
"The difference with my treatment center and this book is I had Fibromyalgia and figured out how to heal myself. My symptoms first appeared in the early 80's and through extensive research and out of the box thinking I found the answers that so many just over look. Fibromyalgia has a specific cause; it is a viral infection and there are specific physical signs to detect it. I treat the root of the problem. I have successfully healed thousands of patients over the years, beginning with myself. I always tell patients the best kind of doctor is a doctor who has experienced your disease himself", says Dr. Dantini.
"The book will include my history with the disease, what I learned about it, my treatment protocol, and the downfalls of other treatments. A chapter of the book will also be dedicated to a random sample of patients and their treatment results. I am writing the book with the hopes that the medical community will take another look at this disorder".
Sources say the book will also talk about alternative problems that are highly correlated to Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), as well as links to other problems. "The great thing about the book is that it will dive into some complex medical issues that are linked to FM, but it will be written in simple terms so the common reader on the subject will understand and learn from it." In the end, the book will definitely be a new and different perspective on the subject, a perspective that medical professionals and patients need.
